ABOUT SCORE

SCORE "Counselors to America's Small Business" is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Each chapter provides free confidential business counseling, mentoring services and low–cost high–impact training workshops to aspiring entrepreneurs and existing small business owners.

SCORE is headquartered in Herndon, VA and Washington, DC and has 364 chapters throughout the United States and its territories, with 12,400 volunteers nationwide. Both working and retired executives and business owners donate time and expertise as business counselors. Since SCORE was founded in 1964, we’ve helped 8.5 million businesses nationwide.

SCORE Corpus Christi was founded in 1974 as Chapter 221. We are an active chapter, with more than 20 volunteers. Our SCORE counselors are experienced business owners and managers who volunteer their experience and knowledge to help small business owners and potential small business owners achieve success. Client service is the objective of SCORE Corpus Christi and our business counselors are dedicated to providing the best possible service. Face–to–face, online or via telephone, the counselors of SCORE Corpus Christi aid in the success of locally owned, small businesses. SCORE counselors provide you with in–depth, industry-specific business assistance to help evaluate a business idea or plan, stimulate business growth, and ensure long–term stability.
